4. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property
The LandLock logo and the term "LandLock" are trademarks of LandLock N.A., Inc. All content and services provided by LandLock are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination
LandLock reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason without notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us at help@landlock.com.

7. Limitation of Liability
LandLock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

9. Changes to Terms
LandLock reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
